Hello everyone. In this post, we’re going to talk about the new update released for the MyJio app. So, we’ll discuss the special features of this new update, how to use the MyJio app completely, and many tricks in the MyJio app that you might not know.
App Update and Key Features
So, if you are a Jio user, you will definitely have the MyJio application. However, check if you have updated your application by going to the Play Store. If you haven’t updated it, please do so. Only after updating will you get these options.
Open the MyJio application. As soon as you open it, it will appear like this. In this, you will see:
Telecom: This will show all the details about your SIM.
JioCinema: It has over 10,000 movies and web series. You don’t need to download it separately; you can watch it through the MyJio app.
JioCloud: You can upload your personal photos to the cloud and download them when needed.
Telecom and Jio Cinema Details
First, let’s look at Telecom. In Telecom, you will find options such as your phone number and details about your current package. Additionally, all the options for recharging are also provided here.
Next is the Jio Cinema. As soon as you click on Jio Cinema, you can watch all kinds of movies in your preferred language. JioCloud and Storage
Next is JioCloud. As soon as you tap on JioCloud, select ‘Get Started.’ It will log in separately. For me, I have 15 GB of storage. Some people will only have 5 GB. The reason I was given 15 GB is because I referred someone, so they gave me 15 GB. If you also refer someone and bring them in, you will get an extra 10 GB.
Out of 15 GB, I have 6.4 GB free. That’s how many photos and files I have stored. By clicking on ‘View Files’ here, you can see the photos and videos you have uploaded.
JioTunes
Besides this, there is another important option. If you click on these three lines (Menu), you will find ‘Jio Tunes’ below. This is not the Saavn music app available on the Play Store; this is a separate Jio Tunes service.
You can find out which song you have set as your caller tune here, or you can change it. Songs from new movies will be displayed here. You can even search in the search bar and set your caller tune.
