We can get the LLR easily online through the Parivahan website. I will tell you how.
Parivahan: First step: Get this learner license and register.
Second step: After registering, payment will come and we will have to do it. Third step: We have made the payment, and then our attendant will come and do this LLR tutorial test.
Apply for Learner License (LLR) Online via Parivahan
If you complete these three steps, then after completing this tutorial video, you will get an online test. Give a few symbols and ask their owner; it will be very simple. If you scored 6 marks out of 10, then you definitely will get a pass here. If you get a pass, you will immediately get your LLR number. Once you get the LLR number, you can apply for a driving license.
First of all, I will come and click on this driver’s license. If you come here, it will be ‘Apply for Learner License.’ Here, the details have been given: Fill in application details and upload documents. Next, we make a partial payment. Next, we check whether the payment status is correct or not. Next, we can take a printout of this receipt. Next, the LLR slot book is made.
If you look at the bottom note, it has been given that ‘Please go through the road safety tutorial before proceeding to the online learner’s license.’ Here, you have been given three categories. Newly registered applicants should check the box ‘Applicant does not hold any driving or learner license issued in India,’ click ‘General,’ and then click ‘Submit.’
Aadhaar Authentication for Learner License
If you have linked your mobile number with your Aadhaar card, then click ‘Submit via Aadhaar Authentication.’ If you have submitted it through Aadhaar, then you do not need to go to the RTO directly. You can write the LLR test from home or from a place of your choice.
Type the Aadhar number, and an OTP will come. If you type that too and click ‘Authenticate,’ all the details from your Aadhar will come here. Check that the address, name, and date of birth are correct and click ‘Proceed.’
On the next page, type your place of birth, qualification, blood group, and mobile number correctly. Because a mobile number is very important for receiving messages or OTPs.
Next will be ‘Select Class of Vehicle.’ For two-wheelers, it’s a motorcycle with gear; for four-wheelers, it’s a light motor vehicle. If you click on the one you want and give the arrow mark on the right side, it will be selected.

Below will be **Self-Declaration Form 1**, which indicates your physical fitness. You can also fill it as I have filled it (only for the second one, it will come like giving ‘yes’; for the rest, it will come like giving ‘no’).
After completing this, you will receive an application number as an SMS. Next, you can go to the payment option and submit your piece of the payment.
Download and Print Your Learner’s License (LLR)
After payment is completed, **’Tutorial LL Test’** will be on the home page. Enter the application number and OTP and submit by using the language Tamil. Then a road safety video will come; after watching it completely, the ‘LL Test’ will open.
If you pass the test by scoring 6 out of 10 marks, you will get the LLR number. To take a print of it, you can download your LLR by clicking ‘Click here to print your learner license’ and entering the OTP.
